Refunds & Exchanges

For any returns, the item must be in its original condition unused. From the day the item was received, you will have Seven days to contact us by email explaining the reason for a wanted refund or exchange. Once we receive the item, an email will be sent to you letting you know if we accepted the return or not. If accepted for an exchange updates about your processing order will be sent to your email. If we approve a refund the money will be sent back to the account within two to seven business days. We strive to provide the best quality products and services to our customers!
